During international meetings, CESP is commonly presented as the French equivalent of the MRC (Media Rating Council). The similarities are indeed numerous: CESP is a non-profit organization bringing together advertisers, agencies, sales houses and trade associations, the industry auditor which guarantees the quality and reliability of the measurements used by the various stakeholders, and delivers certifications.
