(ii) SUPPORT SERVICES Adloox will provide reasonable support in connection with the use of the AdLoox Solution. AdLoox will provide reasonable support in connection with the integration of the AdLoox Tag on one or more Client Properties. On or around the MSA Effective Date AdLoox will provide the Client with the AdLoox Tag. Within 15 days of receipt the Client will properly integrate the AdLoox Tag into the Client Properties Adloox’s Support Services are provided via email from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
