Seiki provides the industry with a Mobile Out Of Home (MOOH) audience measurement methodology which includes the people’s travel flows in France. CESP has audited this methodology from November 2022 to June 2023; the audit process involved a documentation review and an independent technical validation.

Last audit of the Observatoire des usages Internet, Téléphonie et Services Mobiles (OUI-TSM), before Médiamétrie sets up a single establishment survey
In 2022, CESP accompanied Médiamétrie in the realization of the project of bringing together the TV and Internet establishment surveys, Home Devices and OUI-TSM. This project for a single establishment survey is rooted in the cross-media context and will allow an increase of the sample size of the establishment survey of the Global Internet Audience study, in accordance with the recommendations of CESP Scientific Committee. After this conclusive test, Médiamétrie officially set up this unique etablishment survey in January 2023.
Publication of the CinExpert 2022 audit report, the reference audience study of Cinema
The Vertigo Institute carries out the measurement of the cinema audiences at the request of advertising sales houses and CNC (Centre National du cinéma et de l’image animée). This project is divided into two parts, the annual etablishment survey and weekly studies.
These two components were audited for the first time in 2021. In 2022, CESP focused on the establishment survey.
CESP publishes the audit report of the first radio season of EAR>NATIONAL study
In September 2021, Médiamétrie set up a new study to measure the audience of stations at the national level: EAR>National. CESP has audited the first radio season of this study, which replaces the 126 000 study, over the period September 2021 to June 2022.

CESP publishes its last audit report on the Radio Panel study
CESP has made available to its members the last 2021-2022 audit on the reference study for the production of mediaplanning data and the observation of radio listening behaviours: the Radio Panel. The audit testifies to the quality of the panel and the continuous improvements made by Médiamétrie.
